About Jason E. Pepe

Jason E. Pepe is an attorney at McLaurin Law, bringing more than 25 years of litigation experience to the firm. Throughout his career, Jason has represented businesses, organizations, and individuals in complex disputes involving commercial matters, healthcare, energy, products liability, and other significant civil litigation.

Jason has tried numerous cases to verdict and handled hundreds of complex matters in state and federal courts. Before joining McLaurin Law, he served as a litigation partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm, where his clients included multi-state corporations, major healthcare systems, and industrial companies.

At McLaurin Law, Jason draws on that extensive background to develop practical litigation strategies, evaluate complex legal and factual issues, and advocate for clients through every stage of a dispute.

Jason’s experience includes matters involving:

Trial & Appellate Experience

Jason brings significant experience at both the trial and appellate levels. In addition to trying cases to verdict, he has briefed and argued complex appeals before federal appellate courts, including recent oral arguments before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits.

He is also admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits, as well as numerous federal district courts throughout the country.
