Jason McLaurin is a founding member of McLaurin Law. He has over a decade of experience representing clients at trial, arbitration, and mediation in matters concerning insurance policyholder recovery disputes, complex commercial litigation, and catastrophic personal injury claims. He also represents businesses as outside general counsel for clients in a variety of industries including construction, oil and gas, maritime, technology, and professional services. He is licensed and handles matters in both Texas and Louisiana.

As the founder of McLaurin Law, Jason C. McLaurin has over a decade of experience representing insurance policyholders in denied claim disputes, utilizing strategic insights gained as a former insurance industry insider. His practice also includes handling catastrophic personal injury claims for those harmed by the negligence of others.
In addition to litigation, Jason serves as outside general counsel for businesses in the construction, maritime, technology, and energy sectors. Licensed in both Texas and Louisiana, he has a proven track record in trial, arbitration, and mediation. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2007 from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
